Modern oncology requires understanding the unique biology of every patient and every tumor. By bringing together clinical experience, molecular profiling, current scientific evidence, and innovative treatment options, my aim is to identify the right treatment strategy for each patient, at the right time.

From clinical need to clinical value
Scientific progress is not simply a new data point or a new technology. The most important part is understanding how a development affects clinical decisions, for which patients it is meaningful, and what limitations it carries today.
“For me, the true value of innovation begins when it can change a patient’s treatment decision.”
My academic and clinical career has been shaped by a continuous commitment to integrating evidence-based oncology, scientific research, and emerging technologies into personalized cancer care. My work focuses on translating advances in molecular oncology and innovative therapeutics into meaningful clinical strategies for patients.
Current scientific evidence and innovative treatment options, evaluated in the context of each patient.
Shape treatment decisions not only around the diagnosis, but also around the patient’s clinical characteristics, the biology of the tumor, and its molecular features.
Shape treatment decisions around both clinical characteristics and tumor biology.
Assess new evidence through the clinical benefit it may provide to the individual patient.
Consider biomarkers, molecular profiling and appropriate innovative options alongside standards.
Use new technologies when they can meaningfully contribute to the treatment journey.
The future of cancer care will be shaped by a deeper understanding of tumor biology, increasingly precise treatment strategies, and the intelligent integration of emerging technologies into clinical practice.
Integrating genomic and molecular data into individualized treatment decisions.
Using circulating biomarkers to monitor disease and refine treatment strategies.
Integrating AI, digital pathology and clinical decision support.
Exploring targeted agents, immunotherapies and innovative platforms.
Advancing individualized immune-based strategies.
Connecting trials with real-world evidence.
Advancing precision oncology through rigorous clinical research, molecular profiling, and biomarker-driven treatment strategies.
